With over two decades of experience as a secondary teacher and a genuine love of movement, I offer structured, supportive classes for long-term wellbeing. I am dedicated to my Pilates community, teaching movement that respects your body’s needs while gently challenging its potential. I am passionate about fostering a welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy movement and feel supported. Pilates helps my clients move with more ease in their daily lives, supporting the activities they already love with strength, resilience and confidence. With only ever one or two people in the room, you'll have my full attention throughout, in a relaxed setting where there's no rush and no crowd.
